Our flats for 2-4 people with lovingly furnished.

All holiday flats have a double bedroom, shower and WC, a living room and a kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a moka.
The living room is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed and satellite TV.
Bed linen as well as hand and bath towels are provided for our guests.
All flats are equipped with air conditioning.

In addition, each flat has a south-facing balcony with a view of the vineyard, the surrounding fields and Monte Conero.

From the flat, guests have access to the terrace, where there is a seating area. The terrace leads directly to the sunbathing lawn and the swimming pool.
