EN | Holiday cottage Ca'Rosei

The Hinteregger family warmly welcomes their guests to the new holiday flats in the Ca'Rosei holiday home.

The quietly situated holiday home nestled in the hilly landscape is only a few kilometres from the sea. There are 3 holiday flats, which are comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2 - 4 people each. On request, we can also make the large kitchen available to our guests.

All our guests can enjoy the morning sun from the balcony and look out over the vines, olive groves and sunflower fields as far as the Conero of Ancona.

The holiday flats are equipped with air conditioning.

W-lan is available to our guests free of charge.

Free parking spaces with roofing are close to the house.

Our guests can relax and unwind in the swimming pool and on the sunbathing lawn.

For cosy evenings, a barbecue and bread-pizza oven are available.

Larger groups are welcome to use the terrace.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Pets are allowed on request.

CYCLING AND WALKING

For our guests who like to be active, our house is a suitable starting point for cycling and hiking tours through the Marchigian natural and cultural landscape. Countless tours lead you through farmland, vineyards, olive groves, river and coastal landscapes, through historic villages with Mediterranean flair. Enjoy cycling and hiking excursions both along the Adriatic Sea, on the panoramic road from Pesaro to Gabicce and Gradara to Rimini and San Marino or in the hinterland around Urbino. Visit the city park, walk through the San Bartolo nature park, along rivers or from village to village. For those who want to go higher - these peaks are in the immediate vicinity: Monte Carpegna, Monte Catria, Sasso Simone, Monte Montone.

SEA and more

The Adriatic stretch from Pesaro to Fano offers many beach and pool clubs. There are also some free beaches. These include the beach at Fiorenzuola di Focara. This is within walking distance - a beautiful bay with a well-run kiosk makes it well worth the walk. A sailing day from Gabicce to Pesaro is a welcome change. For water fun of a different kind, the Perle d`Acquapark water park and there is also an aquarium in Cattolica. Horse lovers can take a ride in the hills from a riding stable. The Teatro dell`Aria, a bird flight show, might also be of interest to our guests. Wine tastings are very popular and there are many places to go. For friends of motorised karts, there is a Punto Kart garage in the vicinity. Important and not far from us is the famous Moto-GP circuit, World Circuit of Misano. Those who like history can visit the Benelli Museum in Pesaro.

Enjoy life! The Marchean and Italian cuisine leaves nothing to be desired: From homemade pasta to pizza, fish and meat dishes as well as local truffle dishes, guests are offered everything in countless restaurants. Start with an aperitivo - a few appetising bites, olive oil from the area and an aperitif drink. This is pure indulgence. Delicious desserts and homemade ice cream in the gelaterias will also make visitors' hearts beat faster.

NATURE FITNESS

Visit the Furlo. Relax in the beautiful forest and refresh yourself in the calm river water. At Cagli you can swim in the fresh white water and the "Marmitte dei Giganti" of Fossombrone are ideal for swimming, kayaking as well as cliff jumping.

LIVED CULTURE

The Marche region is historically very interesting. Let yourself be inspired by the countless places worth seeing with their palazzi, ecclesiastical sites, cultural treasures and birthplaces of the famous personalities Rossini and Raphael. Visit the beautiful Villa Imperiale with its well-tended garden and the city park in Pesaro and the Palazzo Ducale in Urbino with the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche and much more.

CHILDREN & FAMILY

Italians love children and welcome them everywhere. Children have fun by the sea. Water and sand - that's all they need to be happy. They can escape the greatest midday heat with a nap and in the evening they stay awake for a long time and are happy to take part in the pulse of life - walking through the town and spending time in the playground.
